These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of intenscio.com and the services provided by Intenscio LLC (“Intenscio,” “we,” “us”). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Intenscio provides digital marketing services including social media management, paid advertising, SEO, web development, content creation, and brand design. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in the individual proposal or service agreement you receive.
2. Engagements & Fees
Services are billed according to the package or proposal you agree to — typically on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, cancellation, and notice periods are set out in your service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
To do our best work, we rely on you for timely access to accounts and materials, prompt approvals, and accurate information about your business. Delays in these can affect timelines and outcomes.
4. Intellectual Property
On full payment, final deliverables created specifically for you transfer to your ownership. Intenscio retains ownership of its underlying tools, processes, and templates, and may display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect any confidential information shared during an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the services.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our work relies on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. We are not responsible for changes, outages, policy decisions, or account actions taken by those platforms.
7. No Guarantee of Specific Results
We hold ourselves to measurable goals and report against them honestly. However, marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue figures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intenscio's total liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the notice period set out in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
